If one of the taxpayers is deceased where I need to add the DECD, I added it to the last name but the taxes keep getting rejected

Instead of changing the last name, did you enter the Date of death?

    Must be tough to visit a dearly departed loved one in that cemetery if all of the headstones have "Deceased" for a last name.
