If I am filing my own tax return, but I am not an enrolled agent (just a former tax person) can I use Intuit tax to efile?

    Yes --------- as long as that Intuit tax software is Turddotaxx.

    There is a simple rule to follow for professional tax software - no EFIN, no e-file.
