If an adjustment is needed, please determine the correct code to be used on Form IT-225 and enter the amount on the New York "Modifications" screen. Is any one familiar?

If you're looking for the codes, they're in the filing instructions for IT-225.

If you are looking for the input screen, it's under State & Local > Modifications > NY Modifications.
