If a SSN number imported incorrectly and now it is locked and I can not change it, what do I do for this?

Clients SSN imported incorrectly and it caused a rejected extension. Now it will not let me fix the SSN but I have already used a credit on the extension so what do I do?

Change the SSN and re submit

Contact support and explain - they should give you the credit back.

For ProConnect Tax you actually don't even have to call anymore for the credit. In the article ProConnect refund and cancelation policy and request form it actually has a little form embedded directly in the article that you put in your refund request.
