I unchecked box for e-filing in advanced tax permissions, but my employee can still e-file - this needs to be fixed immediately

I unchecked box for e-filing in advanced tax permissions, but my employee can still e-file - this needs to be fixed immediately!  I want the employee to be able to PRINT the return to PDF so I can review it in PDF but I do NOT want them to be able to e-file!
