I prepared a return on ProConnect, but had to mail it. It has been 15 weeks and it still does not appear on IRS Where's My Refund app. What can I do?

Continue to wait. There is no way to speed any of the  IRS processes along.

    Thanks, George.  ProConnect seems to think I should call.  I just don't relish the 2-hour wait time.

    IRS hasn't even finished processing 2020 paper returns that were mailed in 2021.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.
