I need to redo the estimated tax from a federal worksheet. I already filed the return.

As with all of your returns, be sure to keep a pdf copy of the return, right after it is e-filed. All final returns are locked, so you will need to unlock to make changes. https://proconnect.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/electronic-filing/lock-unlock-returns-proconnect-tax/L3Suxy6wy_US_en_US?uid=lgwywni2

Assuming the estimate payments were not set up for direct debit and you only want to give new ES payments, you can do that once you unlock the return. You will not be able to lock it again.
