I need to get my credits for my tax returns to downland them I am a student and my teacher talked to one of you guys and I still can not download my tax return as a pdf

Print the return - That will create a pdf. 

If you are being asked to pay to do this, you signed up under a Tax Preparer account instead of the student account and GUESS WHAT? You get to start all over again with new user name.
