I'm reporting income from multiple 1099-misc, box 7 for non employee compensation, this amount is not showing on the schedule C, line 1, should I report the same on SC C?

Even if I reported all the 1099-misc (non employee comp) should I add up all those amounts and report again as a total amount on Schedule C line 1?

You need to enter the amount from 1099-MISC either as a total or separately on Sch C.  If you read the header on the input screen for 1099-MISC, you'd see that entries there are only for tax withholdings and income entered will not flow to Sch C or Line 21.
