Question

I'm receiving following message: "You currently don't have permission to efile. Contact your Admin for authorization" How can I clear this? I'm the only preparer on acct

I have the same issue.  I am the only user.  I was able to efile a few months ago.  I am Master admin in the system.  Any help?
