Question

I'm filing federal 1040 and NHBPT but the federal did not e-file because state has to be filed seperately. How can I correct this so that I can e-file federal?

Hi there,

You can e-file the federal by going to the File Return screen and checking the box for Federal. If the program locked the return when you e-filed the NH BPT, just click the Return actions button at the top right, and press Unlock. Then you can e-file the Federal and any other states you need to.
