Question

I'm changing my credit card and the form is refusing my CSV number I can't contact live help because of the holiday

    You will have to call customer support, when they re-open.

    We are just volunteers, fellow software users.  We can't help with billing/payment issues.

      If it was me, I would try another card to see if that would get me through. If that didn't work, I would try another browser to see if that makes a difference.  If that didn't work, I would try clearing your computer's cache and cookies.  If that didn't work, I would go home and enjoy the holiday and then call support tomorrow.
