I like the guided workflow in proseries basic. Is there something similar in proconnect online for a new preparer to make sure no deductions are missed?

NO guided input. One helpful input hint is to RIGHT click on a line or box in the form view and it will jump to input (most of the time).
When you "check return" there will be diagnostics that will guide you to filing a conforming return.
Missing deductions, maybe not so much.
