Question

I have several clients that have totally disappeared. I printed off the HomeBase missing file and did that. No results. Where else can I look for these files??

You posted this under the Topic of ProSeries, but you chose ProConnect Online as your product...which program are you using?

If youre using ProSeries, can you find the actual file by filename the 18Data folder in Windows File Explorer, or is it missing from there as well?  Can you find the file by filename anywhere on the computer?
