Question

I have a return that shows as accepted with the IRS on 4/3/22 on Proconnect but the irs.gov - where's my refund does not show it as filed. Is there a glitch in the system

Is this a Proconnect problem? I have been unable to get through to the IRS practitioners line to check.

Situation Normal All Fouled Up.

The efile database and Where's My Refund database are separate.

Per IRS:

"As of July 15, 2022, we had 11 million unprocessed individual tax year 2021 returns. Of these, 1.9 million returns require error correction or other special handling"

The more I know the more I don’t know.
