Question

I have a critical diag. that says to attach Other State Return by choosing OSTC option in the Ctrl T table. Why is the diag. not going away after refresh?

I selected send pdf attachment with Arkansas return, and then in the drop down menu I selected 20 = OSTC. After selecting refresh, the diagnostic is still there.

    Hello jcardwel!

    Prior to selecting that option for AR, have you uploaded the PDF copy of the other state return (s) by clicking on "Attach PDF"?
