Question

I filed my own 2019 tax return in ProConnect, and now I can't find the return. Where do I look? My client returns show up with no problem.

Try looking under Inactive Clients.  See this discussion for steps to follow:

You mentioned QBO but when you look under Inactive Clients within PTO, are you listed as an inactive client?
