Question

I did not file my 2019 taxes and the IRS is not accepting them electronically at this time. What are my options? Should I mail it to the IRS?

I would wait a few weeks and efile when IRS opens. https://www.marketingexpress.irs.gov/systems-status/system-status-mef/modernized-efile-mef-operational-status

That will likely be faster than mail.
