Question

I deleted the wrong return in Pro Connect after it was paid for. How do I recover it?

Hi @Rachael Davis, we can't recover deleted returns.  However, the credits are billed from the ssn/ein being printed or efiled, so it will not charge you again generally.  If it does, you can submit a refund request and once the duplicate is located, a credit can often be then credited back if it charged in error.  If you have further questions, please contact Proconnect Support .
