Question

I cannot get the third party designee PIN entered correctly causing reject. Please advise!

Preparer should be only designee but it does not like any thing i am doing and keeps rejecting

Just use a 1=yes in the first entry Allow discussion: 1=yes and nothing below that. It will then enter the preparer information.
