I can't save my form 990 to PDF or print

In ProConnect Tax I have completed Form 990, but it won't let me save to PDF or print a draft. I have paid for the return.

Someone mentioned a similar issue the other day but I don't know if they ever found a solution.  Sorry, I use ProSeries so I don't speak that software's language.

Print is to print to pdf. There is not "draft" or other watermarks, just save in remotely and rename it as draft.
