I can't efile tax returns with proconnect online - unable to transmit the payload data

Hello everyone

I can't efile and get partial pdf prints. I try everything but no results. Waiting for tech support but no reply yet. I think the problem is with the PDF component. If anyone knows something or had the same problem, please share a solution. Here is the print screen.

Not sure what happened. You may like to try the following steps, which resolve most problems, before spending your precious time calling Intuit Support:

Use only ProConnect Tax-supported browsers (see https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/product-system-requirements/help/system-requirements-for-proconnect-tax-online/00/5612);
Clear cache and cookies;
Exit and restart browser;
Restart machine or device;
Open ProConnect Tax only in incognito mode, always;
Use another supported browser if problem persists; and
Use another machine or device, if available.
