Question

I can not access a client's 2018 late filing return. I am just getting spinning blue dots when I click on tax returns. Help?

I can still access their account and 2017 late filing return.

  1. Make sure you're using a ProConnect Tax supported browser;
  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies;
  3. Close your browser;
  4. Preferably restart your PC/device; and
  5. Reopen your ProConnect Tax supported browser; and
  6. Open ProConnect Tax only in incognito mode, always.

Using ProConnect Tax in incognito mode will help you avoid most common problems.  In case you still have problems, you may like to try using another supported browser and/or on a different PC/device.
