  1. Make sure you are using a PTO-supported browser;
  2. Clear the cache;
  3. Try reload frame;
  4. Restart your browser;
  5. Restart computer/device if necessary; and
  6. Always open PTO in incognito mode (this avoids a lot of the common issues); and
  7. Try another PTO-supported browser or use another computer/device, if available.
