I have attempted to create the 2022 returns and a few worked then everything stopped. I can no longer create new returns and it is expecting me to copy over all the details and I lost all personalization in my questions link documents. Any ideas why?

a) Review the 2021 return to see if it is processing correctly.
b) try again
c) if it fails - is 2021 locked? If so, unlock it and
d) try again
