Question

I am trying to locate the input screens for PartXV, Lines 1 and 2 on a 990-PF. How do I add a manager's name on Line 1, and check the preselected charity box on Line 2?

Hi there,

If Part XV is totally blank, you can tell the program it's required by going to Informational > Activities Statements (990PF) and checking the box for "Had at least $5,000 in assets at any time during year [Override] (7)".

For line 1, make sure the manager is entered on General > Officer, Directors, Trustees, Managers first. Then, go to Expenses > Compensation & Hours and check the box(es) that apply:

For the question 2 checkbox, you can jump to it by clicking the box on the form: 

Or by going to Expenses > Application Information (990PF), and clicking the "Unsolicited Request" link in blue at the top right.
