Question

I am trying to generate a MN return for a non-resident to get some MN withholding refunded. I can't get a Form M1NR to be generated. How do I do this?

For a start, you need to create the MN return under Profile and check the box for Multi-State Return under General Info.  See these articles for detailed instructions:
