I am retiring. Can I download .tax files to my computer?

My EA certificate is expiring this year and I am retiring. I will do a few family returns on Turbo Tax desktop and would like to be able to not start every return from scratch.
TT will allow import of data from a .tax2020 file. Can I download and save my ProConnect tax returns to that format?

I am about 99.9831571536671887899331178317% sure that you will need to start those returns from scratch.
