Can I use this software ?

I will not have a EFIN 

Will I have to partner with someone in the US

    You can use it but won't be able to efile without an EFIN.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.

      Have you started the EFIN process? https://www.irs.gov/e-file-providers/become-an-authorized-e-file-provider I know we have preparers in other countries using ProConnect.
