I am preparing an amended 2018 federal, NY and NJ return. I'm getting a critical diagnostic saying it cannot be e-filed. How do I correct this diagnostic?
I am using ProConnect Tax Online.

If you are talking in terms of a 1040, the IRS doesn't allowing e-filing.
