I am getting an error when attempting to efile -saying my ERO is not entered, but it is. What do I do?

It was relating to my settings. I called customer service and the rep walked me through a couple of screens to make sure my settings were good. that did the trick.

You may like to check that your Intuit account has the correct details of your verified EFIN.
