Question

I am a student and using Taxeducation. I can't no longer print pdf all the tax forms. It keeps asking me for credits/payments

You have reached the wrong place.  This is a forum open only to tax professionals.

It appears you have signed up for an account for the commercial product.  Intuit has a separately-run education program.  That's where you should sign up for the education version of PTO.  Your instructor and your textbooks should have given you the details of how to do so.  If you still need help, approach your instructor or Support listed on the education program's website.
