How would I enter a memo line or wording on the top line of the Form 1040?

I need to specify particular wording at the top of the Form 1040.  Where do I enter it?

General -> Misc. info -> Miscellaneous -> Form 1040 text.

    Form 1040 Text is located in the area of the "miscellaneous entries" form, just below the HOH Exemption section.  It is extremely easy to miss, so read carefully.
