How / where do I enter info from form 1099 B? I see irs.gov says to use form 8949, but where on ProConnect Tax?

You make your input under Income > Disposition (Sch D, etc.) > Schedule D/4797/etc.  So long as you make your entries and check the boxes correctly, the reporting will be done correctly on F.8949, where applicable, and on Sch D.
