How/where do I enter 2019 NOL carryforwards for a spouse's Sched C business?

I know where the loss carryforward worksheet is but there is not option to attach it to the spouse. It only allows you to enter it under the Taxpayer column.

Is this a MFJ return? If so, it is a joint NOL, regardless of the Schedule C that may have generated the large loss. The NOL is not tied to the Schedule C, but rather the tax return. 

Was the election filed to carry the loss forward?
