How to View PDF to print

I am a student and I finished the return, but I am having trouble viewing the PDF to print. Instead of viewing the PDF like we were told to do mine tells me to create PDF and takes me to a screen to purchase. Any help getting to the view PDF to print to download would be appreciated.
