How to remove the 1040-X from my tax return?

my 2020 tax return also generated form 1040-X in my 1040 return, and cost critical diagnostics for my efile.

Under Miscellaneous Forms > Amended Return (1040X) > General Information and Federal (1040X), in the Return(s) to Amend section, uncheck the box Amending federal return.
