How to make a partial electronic payment with extension?

Client wants to make partial payment with extension - Proconnect defaults the payment amount to the balance due

Yes, you can do that on Payments, Penalties & Extensions > Extensions (4868, 2350)

Enter the amount they want to pay in "Form 4868 payment (defaults to amount due)". Also be sure to enter a 1 at the top of this screen to print the automatic extension form for your records, if desired.
