How to get form West Virginia Sch A Part II completed for non resident of WV
Hello
I have a W2 where the Taxpayer failed to correct their state withholding. Moved in 2023 from WV to OH reciprocal states. 2024 is fully taxable to Ohio. I am trying to get state withholding returned and I can't seem to get Sch A Part II to get the wage and withholding to populate. All wages are being taxed to domicile state of Ohio and all withholding withheld as non resident returned. Any assistance would be appreciated.
