How can to force generate Sch 1 when there's no other income available to flow in this schedule. I want to show this line "At any time during 2019, did you receive, sell, send, exchange, or otherwise acquire any financial interest in any virtual currency?" marked as "No" as he didn't have any virtual currency transactions.

If you refer to the instructions, you will see that your client would not have to file Sch 1 just to answer no so long as your client is not otherwise required to file the schedule.
