how to fix NJ ref 11118

Trying to fix a NJ diagnostic that is claiming that I have to enter a -1 for NJ on a federal basis loss carryover from prior year. The -1 has already been entered for NJ but the diagnostic still won't clear. What am I missing?

May diagnostic WARNINGS do not go away. The program can't tell if you have done what it says or not, it is telling you to do it. Go ahead and file the return, knowing you have done what you were told.
