How to enter EA number, CA Form 3596?

I think I need to enter my enrollment number on line 1d of the Due Diligence checklist for California (Form 3596).  It's blank, and there's no way to enter the number through Settings-Preparer Information.  Any way to fill that line?

Opening Screen > lower left is a gear Settings > Click your name >  Click Preparer information >  View Actions for you as preparer and EDIT > Designation  use Enrolled Agent > New York Exclusion Code use Enrolled Agent
