How to efile amended returns

I have the efile boxes checked to efile amended returns but efile button grayed our.

    If you are still having issues please make sure that the amended return is selected on the profile screen and that you are utilizing the Amended Efiling wizard.  Lastly, make sure that the return is not locked.
