How to delete a client?

What's the secret for deleting a client? There is no obvious way to do it nor does the chatbot seem to be able to understand what deleting a client is. Can anyone help me understand how to do this simple task? Thanks!

    You can't delete clients in ProConnect.  You can delete tax returns, but not clients.

      Make them inactive and recreate account if needed.
