Question

how to clear diagnostic WI 2560 in ProConnect? I have the info already entered but am still getting this diagnostic.

    Hi @TaxPro20 
    Diagnostic 2560 is a Critical diagnostic noting: The paid preparer, firm telephone number, and the PTIN-FEIN field must all be entered for electronically filed returns. 

    The recommendation is to double-check that both federal and state are marked for e-file on the Profile screen. If you're looking to only file state, still mark both for e-file and un-check federal on the File Return screen.
