How to clear critical diagnostic available for efile only on a state return

The Louisiana tax return is giving a critical diagnostic "available for efile only." How do I clear it?

In Profile > is the box checked to efile LA return?

I believe it means that you CAN efile the LA  returns, you just couldn't print the forms for paper filing.

There have been some threads (complaining) about the forms not being available, but I can't find 'em.

@amaselli  - YOU can't clear it, you have to wait for Intuit to have the forms cleared by LA; and I seem to remember that is usually a long delayed process (I have *one* client with a LA return).

    I think this happened to my same client last year. I think intuit has to have the forms cleared from LA. Guessing I'll just have to wait...
