I went to General>Letter>Client letter>IRS Center
but whenever I try to change the IRS Center, the old one keeps appearing, I cannot override it. I dont know what to do. Thanks
It's working on mine. Sometimes, PTO is a bit slow in recognizing an updated input. Moving to another field or page after entering your change before hitting "Refresh forms" would do the trick.
If you still have problems, please confirm which form series you're referring to, which IRS Center you have chosen, which IRS Center is showing on the letter, and whether that default IRS Center corresponds to the address of your client..
