How to change Schedule B, Question 16 in Form 1065on whether or not I issued any 1099's

I am trying to figure out how to change question 16, under 1065 Schedule B. The question is whether I am required to issue 1099's and if so, did I issue them. I am not required to issue any 1099's but the system is defaulting to yes and I can't figure out how to change it. Help! This is not something I want to file with the wrong information.

My guess is you entered a 2= no to the question. Remove that 2. 

You should only answer If required to file 1099s
