How to change name that is sent to clients for e-signiture via Docusign?
When sending a request to clients to e-sign the e-file authorizations, Proseries/Docusign uses the tax preparer's name that sends the e-file request. Is there a way to change that to our company name instead of the name of the tax preparer that initiates the request?
For example: If I send a request to a client through proseries to electronically sign the e-file authorizations, the sender of the email is "Ellen LastName via Docusign" and the first line of the email is "Ellen LastName sent you a document to review and sign...". We would like it to say "CompanyName via Docusign" and "CompanyName sent you a document to review and sign.."
I've tried to change the settings in the Docusign profile, tried to edit the template,etc.
Anyone have a solution?
