How to cancel pre-order

Does anyone know how to cancel the pre-order? I have contacted customer service and completed to form they told me to complete several times and still I keep getting the reminder email that says they are going to charge my cc.

    To make sure your credit card won't be charged "by accident", you could always log in to your account and try deleting your credit card information or change the expiration date to last year.
